CED holds a unique and valued place in our calendar as a bi-annual event dedicated to strengthening the bond between us and our customers. It is a time when we intentionally pause our day-to-day operations to engage directly with you, to listen attentively, understand your experiences, and gain meaningful insights that guide us in serving you better.
The most recent edition of CED was held on July 30th at the Penthouse Hall, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment guests stepped through the doors, the atmosphere was lively, engaging, and welcoming. The beautifully designed venue provided the ideal environment for genuine dialogue, collaborative learning, and memorable connections.
The event featured a dynamic lineup of activities, including: interactive feedback sessions that encouraged open and honest conversations about our services and your expectations, immersive AR/VR zones that brought technology and innovation to life in exciting ways, engaging games and giveaways that added a fun and energetic touch to the day, mentorship and networking sessions designed to foster inspiration, growth, and shared learning, and a major highlight, a live Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with our CEO, Karl Toriola, where he addressed questions directly from customers with candour and enthusiasm.
The ideas and feedback shared during CED play an active role in shaping how we evolve as a business. From enhancing our services to reimagining customer experiences, your input helps us move forward with clarity and purpose.
We are truly grateful to everyone who participated in this edition and shared their valuable perspectives. The next Customer Engagement Day is already in the works and scheduled to take place later this year.
