MTN Goes Beyond Gratitude to Empower Its Customers

Customer Service Week 2025 was a heartfelt expression of appreciation to the people who make everything we do possible: our customers.

At MTN, we believe gratitude is best shown through action, and this year, we went above and beyond to make every customer feel seen, heard, and valued. Across our service centers and offices nationwide, it was a week filled with warmth, from cheerful greetings and personalized interactions to thoughtful gifts and surprise moments that left lasting smiles.

Every “thank you” carried meaning, every gesture reflected care. But we didn’t stop there. Recognizing that true appreciation extends beyond words, we took it a step further by investing in our customers’ growth. Selected loyal customers were sponsored to attend professional development programs at Lagos Business School, a gesture that aligns with our belief that the best gift we can offer is opportunity.

From the laughter shared in our stores to the transformative learning moments at LBS, Customer Service Week 2025 was a beautiful reminder of what connects us all, gratitude, growth, and genuine human connection.
