Flytime Music Festival 2019

It was indeed a Detty December at the, Flytime Promotions second edition of the Flytime Music Festival, 2019. The 5 day event saw acts from across the world perform and set the stage on fire. Here is a quick run through of what went down.

DAY 1 – 20th December 2019, kicked off with Rhythm Unplugged, the longest running concert in West Africa, with the hottest Nigerian artists and upcoming acts. American rapper and songwriter; Mase and Jamaican Reggae singer, songwriter, rapper; Koffee and several other surprise acts graced the stage to thrill over 5,000 attendees.

DAY 2 – 21st December 2019, had attendees traveling down memory lane with American R&B and hip hop vocal group, Boyz II Men. Concert lovers will always remember this as they shut down the stage! Boyz II Men were as mesmerizing as ever, as they performed ‘End of the Road’, ‘I’ll Make Love to You’ and many more.

DAY 3 – 22nd December 2019, showcased Nigeria’s new unique sound with artists showcasing their musical freedom. The newest franchise to the Flytime Festival lineup had the hottest girl of the summer, American rapper, singer and songwriter; Megan Thee Stallion. All we have to say is that it was lit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 4- 23rd December 2019, the number African Bad Gal herself took center stage and once a gain shut down the Eko hotel stage. Also, present at the event was Wizkid, Tuface, T-classic, Zaltan, Teni, Simi, Joeboy, Pokolee, 9ice and many more. The highlight of the show was when Tiwa brought out Yemi Alade to perform with her on stage, it was such a beautiful sight to see the two strong songstress on stage.

DAY 5 – The 25th was LIT! The festival’s last show was a shutdown, the evening had one of the biggest artist in Nigeria right now headlining the biggest concerts Lagos has ever seen.
Grammy nominee Burna Boy gave us a captivating show and was it worthy to be the show that ended the Flytime Music Festival.
