On April 2nd, 2025, Abuja witnessed history being made, and MTN was there to experience it.
Kanyechukwu Tagbo-Okeke, a young Nigerian artist on the autism spectrum, achieved an extraordinary feat by creating the largest painting on canvas by an individual, earning himself a place in the Guinness World Records. With each stroke of his brush, Kanye didn’t just paint a masterpiece, he redefined what’s possible through creativity, passion, and resilience.

The atmosphere was charged with emotion, with renowned personalities like Fola David (a former record-holder), Peter Obi, D’Banj among the many who came to witness and celebrate this momentous occasion. It was a powerful reminder that greatness lives within us all.

At MTN, we believe in the boundless potential of every Nigerian, and we were honoured to stand beside Kanye, a young difference-maker, as he etched his name into global history, quite literally.

Kanye’s canvas wasn’t just art; it was a statement. And we’re proud to say, we saw it happen.
