On March 17, 2026, MTN Foundation hosted the Yellopreneur 3.0 Media Parley and the energy in the room said it all. Bringing together the Bank of Industry and a strong coalition of partners, the event was centred on one clear mission: empowering women across Nigeria to grow, scale, and own their space in their industries.

The highlight of the day was the official launch of the MTN x BOI Yellopreneur 3.0 Matching Fund. The numbers tell a compelling story. Across the first two phases of the Yellopreneur programme, MTN Foundation trained over 5,700 entrepreneurs and disbursed over ₦301 million in equipment loans. Phase 3 raises the stakes significantly; with a massive ₦1 billion matching fund set to drive even deeper impact for women-led businesses across the country.

The event also welcomed back alumni from previous phases, who showed up to share their success stories and showcase their products. Their presence was a powerful testament to what the Yellopreneur programme has already set in motion; real businesses, real growth, and real lives being transformed.
